Before starting in Florida, we worked together on title-problem properties in Texas. Now we're bringing that same work home.

Yuri Gomez

Partner · Tampa Bay

Yuri has 12 years of experience in real estate. He's a multifamily investor and short-term rental operator, and since 2024 has completed more than 20 fix-and-flip renovations. He works with families across the Tampa Bay area and is often the first person you'll talk to.

Mario Echeverri

Partner · Jacksonville

Mario has 7 years of experience in real estate and is a licensed general contractor. Since 2021 he has bought, renovated and sold more than 100 houses. He works with families in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
